Print Magazine International Issue featuring Cuban Graphic Design

Beverly Walton, director of red-inkart.com came to us in need of a proposal design to introduce Cuban graphic designers to Print Magazine, so that  they would hopefully feature Cuban artists in one of their issues.

Cuban graphic designers are outstanding. The problem is that the world doesn’t know them because of the many political and cultural problems that isolated the country. It couldn’t have been a better time for us to design such a proposal for Print Magazine. Their next issue was on international design. Print Magazine accepted our proposal and did a major feature on Cuban graphic design, which came out last week. We couldn’t be more happy!

Together with the proposal we created a website where new work by Cuban designers is added on a regular basis. Check it out at www.red-inkart.com

The printed copies of the Print Magazine haven’t arrived yet to Portland, but here are the scanned spreads we received. Could not hold from sharing.
