$2M+ sold online in first year
Launching a beauty brand's online store and the operations behind it — so the team could focus on the brand, not the back office.

Online revenue in the first 12 months after launch on the platform we built.
Overview
About the work
Pulpriot needed more than a storefront. They needed a full operational backbone — inventory, fulfillment, marketing automation, and reporting — wired together so a small team could run a fast-growing beauty business without drowning in busywork. We built it. The store cleared $2M in its first year.
The challenge
What stood in the way
Beauty moves fast — new launches, color drops, influencer pushes, restocks. The existing setup was a series of disconnected tools held together by manual work, and the team was spending more time keeping the lights on than growing the business. Every spike in demand became an operational fire drill.
The approach
How we tackled it
- Treated ops as a first-class part of the build — inventory, fulfillment, customer-service tooling, and finance reporting were all in scope from day one.
- Automated the workflows the team was doing by hand: order routing, low-stock alerts, abandoned-cart and post-purchase journeys, restock notifications.
- Set up a reporting layer so the founders could see revenue, margin, and inventory health without asking for a spreadsheet.
- Designed the storefront to handle drops without melting under traffic.
